ABS Glue: You buy it at the hardware store in the aisle that has all the big black ABS pipe. :). It glues ABS stuff together.
ABS Juice: See http://forums.reprap.org/read.php?4,121996 for discussion and a recipe for ABS Juice, which is ABS dissolved in acetone, e.g. 10mm length of 3mm filament (0.07g) dissolved in 10ml acetone. ABS juice is commonly used as a bed preparation to help parts stick to a Heated Bed.
