Sheet Metal Mendel

Purpose is to build a Mendel-RepStrap out of sheet metal parts.

these are Lasercut Stainless steel parts from 2mm and 5mm plate material.

Mixed with standard Mendel type fasteners and "a few reprapped parts".

This is only for the X-carriage and geared extruder parts to spare weight (= mass).

As in every project it begins with an idea!!

First parts arrive at the building site.
