I'm going to assign that as it's own blog assignment, so you don't need to reply - yet.

2.1 - Certainly, having these printers assemble themselves seem hard. What about making a system which allows us to make more of its parts?

2.2 - Does design, and the importance of quality designs become more important?

2.3 - I like the website donation idea. People have discussed creating some kind of 'parts trading system', though I don't think any currently exist.
