Building my first Repstrap, a Mendel90 of 3/4" epoxy coated MDF, North90 V2 hot end, Simple Sliced Wade's Extruder. All RP parts will be replaced with MDF, Plywood, Steel, and Epoxy.
Current has all the MDF parts epoxied to prevent humidity expansion and cut out. Working on replacing the fixing blocks, which are unavailable here, with galvanized angle iron that I have lying around. Bought a new drill press today from a construction company going out of business.
