Timgo Tip - Hot End

Concept (untested) hot end using: NiChome heating wire; JB weld (or similar high temp compound); and threaded rod.

Proposed Build steps:

1. Start with strait peace of raw plastic filament

2. Sharpen with pencil sharpener

3. Drill metal washer to intended size

4. Place washer on tip

5. Rap heating wire around filament

6. JB weld and add threaded rod

Variation 1-untested - addition of thermistor

Variation 2-untested – addition of air cooling holes to threaded rod
