This page has gotten out of hand. It seems to consist of selections from a myriad of sources copy/pasted in a disjointed manner. I don't think a beginners guide should be "complete". Beginners don't need so many hardware, software, and electronics permutations. I think this page should be edited down in order to give a brief summary of a few popular options, then focus on one combination. The site ietherpad is down. It may have been down for some time,If someone has the copyright and content of [the_link_I_can't_use_because_the_recaptcha_is_broken] perhaps they could repost it to Titanpad. – Weasel 00:08, 18 December 2011 (UTC)

This guide is destined to guide all those who have almost none experience with soldering, crafting, printing, calibrating. It is very easy for someone without this previous experience, to get dissapointed or furstrated when actually meet a problem while assemblying or printing for first time. This is where this guide goes. You cannot just describe something completely new, to someone in just few paragraphs. You don have to bias the guide towards popular hardware. What is popular today is easily forgotten tommorrow in reprap speedy world. This guide has to have a broader approach just to help reprap amateur fans to get the right thinking approach. If anyone finds this guide confusing or disturbing, he/she can make a simpler one, or just give up the reprap project.
