This is where I was planning to put build instructions but you seem to have hijacked it.

Saying MDF expands with heat as a disadvantage is daft if it indeed expands less than steel, that would make it an advantage.

Saying that acrylic cracks is like saying glass cracks, or even steel. It doesn't crack if you don't abuse it, otherwise it would be a useless plastic. --Nophead 11:34, 7 March 2012 (UTC)
