what's wrong with ca.mouser.com? They have a full catalog of electronics supplies and are one of the few sites I've found that will ship single parts to Canada. They charge a flat shipping rate of $20, but my order arrived in 2 days and the parts were packaged flawlessly (I got 5x of various resistors, caps, inductors, and chips, and each item had its own baggy).
