Up-to-date Version

This is the up to date version which importantly has non-GPL code removed, as well as a few minor file casing corrections and makefile corrections. Hopefully in this version some more features will be added/bugs fixed etc.

For historical reasons we leave here the links to the old svn version that developed by Kulitorum, this version is now unmaintained and commits go into the version above (as of ~ October 5th, 2010)
