SpoolHead pencil-driven extruder parts, cut from aluminum sheet on an OMAX waterjet machining center. An OMAX was used instead of printing to speed up our project, so that we can meet our deadlines; however, these parts could certainly be printed on any capable Reprap machine.
Some parts await bending on a vice or brake, and are thus not in their final form.
An M4 tap is accidentally in the photo; I left it there as a reminder that this hole needs to be tapped for a set screw.
