Before posting please first search the Forums, and review the following helpful information

When posting your printing problem, please provide the following information
- The kind of printer you are using, and how long you have been using it.
- The nature of the problem, and what you've already tried to correct it.
- The kind of filament you are using, PLA, ABS, etc.
- Clear Photos showing the problem and your printer - this is critical, see below.
- Bed Temperature
- Printing temperatures
- Print speeds
- A link to the Gcode file. This contains important information, including the settings used - at the top and bottom (especially with Slic3r).
If the file is larger than 614 KB you need to a link to it (you can use free Dropbox [2], etc), or cut and paste those comments in your post (not ideal: harder to read).
How to get a good clear photo
- Don't try to take a picture with your camera/phone held too close to the object.
- Take your time and move back slowly until it will focus clearly.
- Take a pictures of at least the front and side of the object.
- Crop your pictures. This can be done in your phone, or on your PC using Paint or Gimp[3].
Attaching your files and photos
You can use the "Attach File" link, however if the file is larger than 614 KB you need to embed a link to it.
Embedding a link to a large file
You can use other file hosting services, this example uses Dropbox
- On the Dropbox web page, click the share button next to the image, and copy the link.
- Above your post: click the Insert Url button.
- Paste the Dropbox link.
Embedding an image from Dropbox
To embed an Image from Dropbox you need to provide a more direct link:
- On the Dropbox web page, click the share button next to the image, and copy the link.
- Above your post: click the Insert Image Url button.
- Paste the Dropbox link.
- Change www.dropbox.com to dl.dropboxusercontent.com
