Dr. Orion Lawlor ([email protected]) is an associate professor of computer science at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
He participates in the NASA Robotic Mining Competition using many 3D printed parts on the robot.
He mostly uses OpenSCAD to design 3D printed parts, and owns several printers including a CR-10, a Printrbot+, and a homebuilt "Alaska90" (scaled-up Mendel90 variant).
