This is new, very efficient and durable design of extruder nozzle. It consists of PEEK holder with radiator (horizontal grooves), brass nozzle and brass heating block with two power resistors. Inside of the nozzle is lined with machined PTFE (full length), so there is no contact with PEEK or brass until the very end.

Advantages : - short melt zone - no ooze, filament dripping or unwanted behaviour. Very short retraction moves are required for this nozzle, so print speed increases a lot. - easy assembly/disassembly (heating block mounted with one M3 side screw), nozzle screwed into PEEK from below, tight fit - two heating resistors provide enough power to keep the temperature very stable - rigid and secure mounting using two side M4 screws, holding the PEEK very tightly (similar to J-Head mounting type) - very nice print quality compared to standard geared extruder nozzle (tested!) - no weak parts (eliminates the need for structural PTFE, no warping/deformation, no plastic leaks!)

This design has been heavily tested over last few weeks, all statements above are true and verified.
