Did you consider milling your linear rail system. (milling head) I recommend you, to give those side guiding bearings an angle of 30 to 45 degrees, to compensate tensile loading. --IRBaboon

On a second glance... Is 3 to 4 V shaped bearing on top and bottom possible? --IRBaboon
