杆材相关

杆材包括 螺杆(螺纹杆)与光杆(光滑杆) 下面的数据(如螺纹杆的长度)都是参照这个链接里面的资料 https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3/blob/master/box_frame/doc/dimensions.md


X 轴;

  • 2x 470mm 8mm 光滑杆
  • 1x 20mm 8mm 光滑杆(for extruder idler, use 8x20 threaded rod or grub screw instead as substitute)


Y 轴:

  • 2x 370mm 8mm 光滑杆
  • 2x 400mm M10螺纹杆
  • 2x 400mm M8 螺纹杆 (M10 才是正确的)
  • 4x 205mm M8螺纹杆

Z 轴:

  • 2x 405mm 8mm 光滑杆
  • 2x ~370mm M5 螺纹杆

更改Z轴的长度来使打印机打印更高的物体
为了匹配你的修改,你应当制作更高的框架; 框架所使用的木材的长度等于 (Z轴长度+ 45mm),即Z轴中光滑杆的长度

框架

默认木板的厚度是12mm。因为你要在木板上打孔上螺丝钉,所有请保证一定的厚度来确保木板足够结实耐用。

  • 6块450x100x12mm 木板
  • 1块475x100x15mm 木板

所有厚度超过12mm的木板都不适合底板的默认设置!(原文: the Y will then be lifted from the ground.)
所以如果你要使用更用更厚的板材来制作这个框架,请更改文件configuration.scad下的board_thickness设置,来确保你的打印件(RP件)适合你的厚板材

Materials

Single plate Version Rods: - updated to numbers from https://github.com/josefprusa/Prusa3/blob/master/box_frame/doc/dimensions.md

  • X 轴;
  • 2x 370mm M8 光滑杆
  • 1x 20mm M8 光滑杆(for extruder idler, use 8x20 threaded rod or grub screw instead as substitute)
  • Y 轴:
  • 2x 350mm M8 光滑杆
  • 4x 205mm M8 螺纹杆 (使用自锁螺母应选用210mm)
  • 2x 380mm M10螺纹杆
  • Z 轴:
  • 2x 320mm M8 光滑杆
  • 2x 300mm M5 螺纹杆

下面这个是 EiNSTeiN 版本的 BOM, 使用608 轴承 和 M10螺纹杆.

制作一个 Einstein版本(608轴承,在Y轴上都使用M10的杆 ) 你需要以下材料:

  • 34 x M10 垫圈 (y frame)
  • 34 x M10 螺母 (y frame)
  • 4 x M10 x 210mm 螺纹杆(y frame short)
  • 2 x M10 x 380mm 螺纹杆(y frame long)
  • 3 x M8 x 30mm 螺丝 ( x y and z idlers, X idler may need head ground off, a screw cap hex bolt will fit without modification)
  • 3 x M8 垫圈 (X Y and Z idlers)
  • 3 x M8 尼龙自锁螺母nylocs (X, Y, and Z idlers)
  • 8 x M3 x 8mm 固定螺丝 (6 for Z motor mounts, 2 for Y motor mounts)
  • 16 x M3垫圈 (6 for Z motor mounts 2 for Y belt mount, 8 for bed mount to PCB)
  • 4 x M3 尼龙自锁螺母nyloc nuts (bed mount to PCB)
  • 4 x M3 x 20mm 螺丝(bed mount to PCB)
  • 5 x M3 x 10mm 固定螺丝 ( 3 for X motor mounts, 2 for Y belt mount)
  • 2 x 8mm x 320 滑杆 (Z smooth rods)
  • 2 x 8mm x 350 滑杆 (Y smooth rods)
  • 2 x 8mm x 370 滑杆 (X smooth rods)
  • 2 x M5 x 300 螺纹杆 (Z axis)
  • 2 x M5 螺母 (Z axis drive nuts)
  • 4 x M3 8mm standoffs (bed spacer above Y carriage to bed)
  • 10 x LM8UU 轴承(or equivalent) (3 for Y carriage, 3 for X carriage, 4 for X ends)
  • 2 x M5 连接管(用于Z轴上,代替联轴器)(原文internal clear tube couplers ) ( i used beer line)

这些材料没有被包括在上表:

  • cable ties - 建议使用2.5mm宽
  • 打印件(RP parts) - 请看下图
  • 铝制框架 - 可以在reprapsource.com购买,亦可有数控机床加工(ryanaltair注:我问过加工并打孔价格大概在300左右,仅供参考)
  • 挤出机 -例如 MGS挤出机Metal_Gear_System_Extruder 可从 reprapsource.com 购买
  • (注意 Sound所使用MGS的是T2.5的同步带)
  • 制作挤出机需要使用一个42步进电机
  • 步进电机 - 4个42步进电机, 不包含挤出机所使用的步进电机,
  • 电气控制部分- 包含电源, 加热床,同步带,同步轮, LCD显示屏(可选),热敏电阻,限位开关,电线。
  • 特别提醒 热头hotend (J-heads是一个不错的开始,也可以使用 arcol, magma, ceramic, prusanozzle, 这些都是不错的选择)
  • 电源 (应使用数控电源。ryanaltair注:数控电源在淘宝大概110,亦可使用计算机电源,ryanaltair使用的是航嘉的,大概60左右)

Note:
The Prusa3 repository (below) includes frames for both aluminum and laser cut wood (sized for 6mm thick) for both the "single_plate" and "mini" variants. The wood frame files include two gussets, which stabilize the frame from flexing. Photos of each can be found at:

The Prusa3ALU-*.dxf and Prusa3WOOD-*.dxf feature y-carriages that use zipties to fasten three LM8UUs to the underside. Prusa3_SC10UU-*.dxf has mount holes for SC10UU linear bearing blocks. Use whichever carriage fits your need.

JBFromOZ的建议 准备制作一个铝制框架的prusa i3请留意这里.

Prusa i1/i2 所用的滑杆应该适用于单片型Prusa i3.

在GitHub上的介绍说要打印single-plate文件夹下的每一个部件,但我这句话只适用于木盒型的Prusa i3,对于单片型的Prusa i3 有些部件需要打印多次。

关于挤出机

挤出机可理解为打印头

对于挤出机的讨论 以下内容为意译
没有规定要用哪一种挤出机,Greg式挤出机或者MGS式挤出机都可以,
其中Greg式挤出机在/mini/extruder/greg-wade/文件夹下,它需要nuts_and_bolts.scad,
而MGS挤出机需要一个Nema17的步进电机,由sound设计,具体版本是i3-unterwelt
EiNSTieN's 的版本则提到使用了双挤出机(进一步细节,EiNSTieN's 的版本使用了608的轴承,GT2传送带和双打印头)

It is not yet 100% clear which extruder to use, there is a dual extruder and a compact extruder in the branch though neither looks complete. there is also a Greg's adapter in the /mini/extruder/greg-wade folder, it uses the nuts_and_bolts.scad which needs to be copied to the openscad library folder.

I am planning to use a MGS extruder with a Nema17 stepper, designs from Sound are shown from his i3-unterwelt branch

Build photos from EiNSTieN's build record, including some additional reference to his edits for 608 bearings, GT2 belts, dual extruders etc.

注意到这里有很多版本. Prusa的版本用的是M10 2 x 380mm (12 对螺母与垫圈)和 M8 4 x 205mm (22对螺母与垫圈) (210mm for nyloc) Sound的版本用的都是 M8的件. Einsteins的版本都是用 M10件. 请留意你打印的corners, idler和motor, 选择对应的零件,这很重要!!!
