E Drawing format for Mendel- development of cast components

The drawings are provided on an as is where basis and if there is any changes or modifications the version change will be updated in respective folders. The drawings carry the same name as the original Mendel drawings naming nomenclature and strictly are derived from the original drawings. The format provided is a standard Edrawings format which allows the part to be viewed ,editied , dimensioned and printed. You will need a Edrawings viewer to see the files. The Edrawings viewer is available as a free download from here.

All dimensions are mentioned in metric mm unless specified.
The components are also categorised as per the mechanical components, extruder parts, electronic components and universal standard fixtures.

Jags is working on the cast-molded mendel parts for easy -cheaper duplication. All parts are being tooled and from master we make the molds to cast epoxy filled parts. some parts are also glass fibre filled parts.. matching metal and plastics. This is to have uniformity and easy duplicability..
