I decided finally to go with UBW32 as a base for my board. I will have firmware that is compatible (but not limited to) BFB and that will also know how to talk both with skeinforge and netfabb (possibly reprap host too). will try to make bus-board single layer (semi printable) but it is not goal... arm is cool but i just don't have enough exp to take final project with it attm and want to use arm in some other projects first... also with mplab x i have fully operational env both on mac and linux so i can drop the vbox+xp

Is this "UBW32 Blue Banana Electronics" the same as the "BitBanger" mentioned at Combinatorics Problem or the USB Bit Whacker or both?
