The design is highly inspired by the fantastic FoldaRap and Prusa i3 3D printers.

The files/ build instruction here are provided for you to print, build, experiment and evolve the design how you choose, please share your experiences and modifications and do let me know if you build one.

Many open source designed 3D printer have inspired the design of TeeBotMax. Many thanks for sharing: to all the open source developers worldwide over.

    • Special thanks to - Josef Prusa (Prusa I3), Emmanuel Gilloz (FoldaRap), Richard Horne (Richrap), Reifsnyderb (J head Hotend) just to mention a few.

Build Instructions and files

All files will be made available on github

The github repo here [4]

Almost any RepRap extruder can be mounted on TeeBotMax with little or no adaptation. The original TeeBotMax prototype used a TeeStruder. (Some extruders are designed to fit the Vertical X Axis Standard; what's the easiest way to mount them on a TeeBotMax?)

Modification and improvements

Thanks to early adopters, builders and the open-source community, following the initial release of the teebotmax files, I have received a lot of feedback most of the suggested improvements have now been implemented..

When folded the printer is about 40cm x 50cm x 25cm tall. All electronics mounted and secure under the printer.
