Stepper motor controller SNAP protocol

This is now in a fairly usable state.

When programmed into a PIC16F628 (default), the pinouts are:

  9. Not used
  10. Stepper output 1
  11. Stepper output 2
  12. Stepper output 3
  13. Stepper output 4

  15. Not used
  16. Not used
  17. Minimum optointerrupter input
  18. Maximum optointerrupter input

The software is currently set up to use a unipolar stepper motor (or motor with compatible sequencing).
