Current Status

Thing-O-Matic

  • Toolhead 0 not found problem. As of this writing I suspect an IC on the motherboard needs to be replaced. I will test this printer's electronics on my Thing-O-Matic to verify, then order the new chip.
  • ABP belt is torn

Cupcake

  • The extruder thermal insulator is badly clogged. It needs to be unclogged or replaced. It looks like the nozzle is badly jammed as well.
  • The extruder board is unresponsive to firmware updates. I'll try an older version of Replicator G sometime soon.
