RP alternatives

Many alternative parts exist to replace to the standard RP parts published in the wiki for each reprap platform. Users must be aware that simply because a part may be listed as an 'alternative,' it does not imply that the the part may be a full drop in replacement. Please use discretion if you are formulating a BOM for a new tool build!
