Netfabb
Netfabb is a commercial software program, mostly used to repair STL files before trying to use them with your preferred slicer (Slic3r,Cura,etc).
There's a cloud-based version available at http://cloud.netfabb.com/ and a "basic" version available for download http://netfabb.com/basic.php.
