A wire square printed using the SpoolHead.
A note about print quality: The plastic print quality in this photo is terrible; however, the print quality on the wires is quite good. The cause of the poor plastic print is excessive vibrations on the extruder, as all of the screws holding the motor in place had shaken loose. The square is merely a test piece, though, and the effect was mostly cosmetic, so we decided to proceed with the wire printing anyway.
