The Committee for Deletionism and Self-Censorship is the official Library committee for nominating RepStraps, Sculptures, and other things for Deletion or advocating Self-Censoring or parts files and RepStraps that "might make things too confusing". Basically, they are in charge of telling people not to share their stuff (RepRaps and RepRappable things) with the Library. They have agreed to take on this responsibility because rest of the Library Staff and Volunteers are too busy helping people share their stuff with the Library. And organizing everything. The Committee meets Wednesdays Noon UTC.

Nonexistence Thereof

The Committee for Deletionism and Self-Censorship is very busy on the Forum and in the rest of the Community, but most of their arguments and policy papers in the Library tends to get nominated for Deletion and Self-Censorship by the rest of the Library Staff and Volunteers as part of Library Policy and Library Humor.

In the spirit of Library compassion and anti-Censorship, Library Staff and Volunteers are not allowed to Delete or Censor the Committee for Deletionism and Self-Censorship unless they are on the Committee and participate in Library Policy discussion. This is also part of Library Policy and Library Humor.

Not Official Library Policy

The Committee for Deletionism and Self-Censorship does not exist yet, and is not part of official Library Policy yet, and probably won't be, as it isn't very Interesting, really.

It is definitely part of Library Humor. Library Humor needs be very carefully labeled and documented as such so that it does not interfere with or pretend to be Library Policy.
