PEEK

Polyether ether ketone is a polymer thermoplastic. Because the glass transition (143°C) and melting temperature (343°C) are relatively high, PEEK can be used as material for part of the hot end in the extruder, like PTFE.

Unlike PTFE, PEEK parts can be injection molded and 3D printed (source) (with a hot end capable of reaching ~400° C), making them somewhat less expensive to manufacture. PEEK tubing will generate over twice as much friction as PTFE (source).
