Some guidelines have been established for designers wishing to get their design on the front page of RepRap.org.
1. It's up to you to do the work of editing the sandbox page and documenting compliance with the guidelines. No one is going to do it for you.
2. The design must be distributed under an open source license. No Non-Commercial or similar restrictions are allowed. RepRap is about openness and as such the front page is reserved for designs that are fully open source. If you want to use a NC or ND license that is totally fine. Put it up on the wiki on your own page and document it. No one hates you. It just won't get on the front page.
3. The design should be tested by more than the designer and his/her group. A minimum of 5 other successful builders has been suggested as meeting this goal. So unless you are friends with one of the core team members and they can personally verify this put some links up on your page that link to builder blogs and such.
4. It needs to be self replicating (ie. not a repstrap). Practically speaking that means that the bot makes many of its own parts.
