Thermoplast Extruder v1.1 Bill of Materials
The parts of the RepRap Thermoplast Extruder Version 1.1.
The AoI files for all the extruder's rapid prototyped parts can be found in the RepRap Subversion Repository here. AoI can export these as STL files for rapid prototyping.

Where the material says brass/steel you can choose either, but see the ExtruderMechanicalParts page for more details. All the RP parts were originally made that way. Some in the picture have been subsequently cast in resin.
Art of Illusion files
The files for all the RP parts are in https://reprap.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/reprap/trunk/reprap/mechanics/polymer-extruder. There are extra optional and experimental part files in there too, but the parts you need for the standard extruder are:
