Argument Kills Uploads

Rationale

This is simply a useful Library motto.

Elaboration

If user-developers want to contribute to RepRap, and we present them with conflict and complexity, this suddenly seems less like fun to them and more like work.

So, they evaporate, like the morning dew under the gentle caress of a blowtorch.

Prescription

Identify what's broken, discuss it to the extend that it is needful, fix it, and don't complain in front of people trying to contribute to RepRap. It's disrespectful to them. Imagine staff at science and industry museum having a vicious private argument in front of some fellow with a shining brass and steel model who says quietly and politely: "Excuse me ... Someone emailed me about hosting this model?"
